We use MGTS as a MSC simulator
Each MGTS shelf is one MSC
We have one MGTS shelf connect to one BSC currently
Each LIC (Link Interface Card) can be connected to two MTLs on a BSC
We use GGLG (BTS and mobile simulator) and MGTS to perform voice performance testing on BSC
